Terms and conditions

All Hyperloop Hoops goods are handmade to order. Every effort is made to keep the website up to date, but if, for any reason a colour/size you have chosen is unavailable I will contact you and offer you the chance to either pick another colour/size or have a full refund on your order.

All standard goods orders will be processed, goods created, and dispatched to you within 7 working days (i.e. Monday-Friday not including bank holidays), unless I have contacted you to inform you of a delay beyond my control. Custom made hoops, custom made wick covers and bulk orders may take a little longer if new/more parts or components need to be sourced. Customers will be kept informed of expected delivery dates.

Returns Policy

Every effort is made at Hyperloop Hoops to get your goods to you in perfect condition. If any product is faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit to you, please contact us and report the problem within SEVEN working days of receipt of the goods. Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders will be replaced or refunded. Please do not ship the goods back to us unless we have told you to do so. We will not reimburse the cost of shipping items back to us unless we have instructed you to do this.

If you need to cancel an order

To cancel an order contact us with your order reference number.

If the order has not yet been shipped and is cancelled and payment has already been made, I will refund you the purchase price including postage and Packing.

If the order has been shipped then you must return the unwanted goods to me unused and in their original packaging at your own risk and at your own cost within 10 days of delivery. I will credit your payment with the cost of the unwanted product, including OUR postage and packing, but NOT including YOUR postage and packaging returning the item to me.

In the case of custom made goods I will not refund any money as long as the goods have been made to the agreed written quote specifications. As long as it is fit for function I reserve the rights not to refund monies.

Complaints

At Hyperloop Hoops I do my utmost to make sure that I provide my customers with great products and loyal service. If you feel I have not done so, please Contact me and let me know how you feel I have let you down. I will try our hardest to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Applicable Law

As we are based in the UK, all jurisdiction falls within UK Law, rules and regulations.

Privacy Policy/ Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998

I adhere totally 100% to the DPAs of '84 and '98, in that I will do everything in my power to keep any information that I hold/ collect on you correct, up to date and most importantly; safe from intruders. I will NOT sell or give your contact details to anyone. I will not contact you unnecessarily, and you can always opt out of the newsletters if you so wish.

Cookies

I may also store information about you using cookies (files which are sent by us to your computer or other access device) which I can access when you visit my site in future. I do this to automatically log you in to my site (if you chose to) and to remember what items you have in your shopping cart.
