Frequently Asked Questions! My item hasn't arrived yet, what should I do? For UK, please check that you have received an "Item has been dispatched" note. Some deliveries can take up to SEVEN working days from the day you receive this note. For International, please also check that you have received an "Item has been dispatched" note. If in the case of custom made products, the item has been agreed on, produced according to your specification and it is fit for purchase, you cannot cancel it.
